Q: How much is delivery to the UK?
A: All our items are shipped by weight and destination. We do combine so please ask.

Q: How much is delivery to an International destination?
A: We send all our items to International destinations by Royal Mail. The final cost will be determined by destination and weight.  We are aware of high shipping costs and will send the item(s) to you as economically as possible. Please note that we do not ship to Algeria.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Delivery is usually between 3 days for UK goods. Next day delivery can be arranged at a small extra cost. International deliveries take between 5 and 10 days by standard airmail and anything up to 3 weeks for surface mail. Please contact us if you are in any way concerned about your order.

Q: Will my items be insured?
A: All items shipped within the UK by Royal Mail, under the value of £41 will be automatically insured for transit. If you require insurance for an item(s) over this amount, or for a destination other than the UK, this can be arranged by us for a small extra charge - total cost to be determined by final destination. Please contact us by email for further details.

Q: Can I return an item?
A: All items can be returned under the Distance Selling Rights within 7 days for a full refund.  If when you received the item it had been damaged in transit, please do not send the item back to us as this will invalidate the insurance. Please note that we only refund the original shipping costs.

Q: Which payment options do you accept?
A: We accept most major credit and debit cards through PayPal on our shopping cart.  We also accept payment by cheque or money order. Cheques must be drawn on a UK account only.
